This is one of the most widely traveled wine from its origins in Burgundy and is one of the most sort after white wines. It Stands out as a synonymous for dry white wine and it not hard to see why it is so popular. The grape has the adaptability of chameleon and can be grown in hot regions of Australia and to cooler county’s in England.

The inherent neutrality of the grape allows it to be finished in a number of ways by the wine makers to create unique experience.
